Premiere Family Urgent Care was created to provide medical care for Southwest suburban area around Burbank, Oak lawn, Bridgeview, and all of Southwest Chicagoland. We are interested in providing comprehensive care in a caring environment that provides compassion and a genuine interest in the health of the patient’s we treat.

Our clinic provides both urgent care for patient seeking immediate evaluation for all non-life-threatening complaints along with providing primary care to adult patient’s 18 years and older. On-site labs, urine analysis, flu testing, strep/mono testing are available along with x-ray in the coming months.

Our primary physician is an emergency medicine trained doctor who along with our physician assistants and nurse practitioners, are experienced in dealing with immediate/urgent care needs of our patients.

Our goal is also to provide timely care and prevent unnecessary emergency room visits that are extremely costly to the patient both in real time and in the cost of the treatment.

Our staff speaks English, Spanish, Polish along with Arabic languages, and look forward to making your next visit to the doctor office a pleasant and worthwhile experience.
