Premiere  Family Urgent Care was created to provide medical care for Southwest suburban area around Burbank, Oak lawn, Bridgeview, and all of Southwest Chicagoland. We are interested in providing comprehensive care in a caring environment that provides compassion and a genuine interest in the health of the patient’s we treat.

Our clinic provides both urgent care for patient seeking immediate evaluation for all non-life threatening complaints along with providing primary care to adults patient’s 18 years an older. On-site labs, urine analysis, flu testing, strep/mono testing are available along with x-ray in the coming months.

Our primary physician is an emergency medicine trained doctor who  along with our physician assistants and nurse practitioners, are experienced in dealing with immediate/urgent care needs of our patients.

Our goal is also to provide timely care and prevent unnecessary emergency room visits that are extremely costly to the patient both in real time and in the cost of the treatment.

Our staff speaks English, Spanish, Polish along with Arabic languages, and look forward to making your next visit to the doctor office a pleasent and worthwhile experience.

Dr. Steve A.  Elmosa is a board-certified internal medicine/emergency medicine physician who completed his medical education along with his residency training at Midwestern University here in Chicagoland area. His passion is to provide excellent care to this patient and provide them with health and well-being for years to come. Dr. Elmosa has lived in the Southwest suburbs for the past 20 years, and has remained practicing in the area since graduating from residency. Dr. Elmosa is married to his lovely wife Tuleen and has 4 children : Jena, Layan, Alyssa, and Zachary. He is looking forward to serving his community in providing excellent medical care.
